Which countries do you ship to?

NANOVA products are shipped to all EU countries (except Cyprus, Greece, Malta, and overseas islands), with no customs fees.

Where do you ship from?

NANOVA orders ship primarily from our warehouse in Germany. Accessories may originate from various warehouses depending on your shipping address. We will arrange to ship from the location closest to your address in order to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

NANOVA currently offers free shipping on all orders of 49€ or more within the European Union (excluding Malta, Cyprus, Greece, and overseas islands). Orders under 49€ to the above destinations qualify for a flat rate shipping charge of 15€.
Please note that certain destinations within the EU may not qualify for free shipping. In such cases, we will contact you if a shipping surcharge applies. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at service@nanovastore.com for specific shipping costs to your address.

Do I need to pay a duty or tax for my order?

You may need to pay a duty or tax for your ordered items if they originate from a warehouse outside your country/region. The exact amount of duty or tax depends on the product type, order value and laws of your country/region, and will usually be collected upon or before delivery. Please consult your local customs or authority in charge for detailed information.

What couriers are used for delivery?

Depending on your location, orders are typically shipped via DHL, with DPD or UPS handling deliveries to select EU areas.

How soon can I get my package(s)?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please be aware that occasional delays may occur.
If the shipping service provider indicates that your package(s) has been delivered but you haven't received it, kindly contact both the service provider and NANOVA as soon as possible. We are committed to assisting you in every possible way to resolve the issue.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Yes, you can change your shipping address BEFORE your order has been shipped. Simply contact our customer service at service@nanovastore.com, and we'll make the adjustment for you.
Please note that a 20€ surcharge will apply if the information is changed after the order has shipped, and the address CANNOT be altered once the item has been delivered.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information at the address you provided when placing the order as soon as your package ships. If you placed the order while logged in, you can also find the order details and tracking information in the "My Account" section on our website.

What happens next if my package is returned because I did not pick it up in a timely manner?

We will arrange re-shipping once the returned package is received by our warehouse. You will be charged for the re-shipping cost.
