A brand new D1 is an original unit from the manufacturer and has never been used. A refurbished D1 is a gently used machine that may have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality, such as slight scratches or signs of wear. All refurbished units are rigorously inspected and certified by our technicians to ensure that they meet the same functional standards as new products.
What does the 30-day limited warranty cover?
For refurbished units, we provide a 30-day limited warranty that covers repairs or replacements of parts and components. We do not accept returns of refurbished machines.
How long has an average refurbished unit been used?
We only refurbish units that are sold brand new and returned directly to NANOVA within 30 days of purchase. They undergo extensive testing after the return and will be made available for purchase as refurbished machines if their conditions permit so.
Do refurbished machines come with the same full set of accessories?
Yes, all refurbished units come with a full set of accessories, except that in rare cases the user manual may not be included. A digital version of the manual can be downloaded [here]. How are the refurbished machines packaged? Do they come in the original box?
