Q & A

How many hours later can I schedule the start of a wash cycle? And how do I do it?

The NANOVA D1 can be scheduled to start in 18 hours at most. Simply press the Delay button and select the desired number of hours for the delayed start.

Can I schedule for a delayed start and leave the machine alone? If yes, will the water keep running all day?

Yes. The water intake is contolled by a valve and lets water in only when needed, so water will not be constantly running. Just ensure there is no leak, and you can safely leave the water faucet on. The NANOVA D1 will automatically start after the delay you set, and power off after wash cycle completion.

What's the child lock function on the NANOVA D1? How do I activate and deactivate it?

The child lock prevents the machine from responding to any accidental operations except the Power button. Press and hold the Child Lock button for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the function.

What is the Self-Clean cycle for? When is it necessary and does it need detergent as well?

The Self-Clean function thoroughly rinses the inside of the dishwasher to maintain its great performance. We recommend activating it every two weeks if the dishwasher is used on a daily basis. Detergent can be added during self-clean to better remove stains.

Why did my dishwasher arrive with a humid interior?

Every NANOVA Countertop Dishwasher is tested and inspected before shipping. As such, it is normal that your dishwater might arrive with water residue inside. There is no need to worry about product quality. We'd suggest a quick wash before the first use if you find it is needed.

What is the maximum diameter of plates that can be put in the NANOVA D1?

The NANOVA D1 can hold plates of a maximum of 26 cm in diameter at a vertical angle or at most 27,4 cm plates at an inclined angle.

What is the model of the inlet hose connector?

The inlet hose connector is a standard 3/4" garden hose thread (GHT) connector. If it doesn't fit your faucet, we suggest buying a 3/4" GHT adaptor.

Can I put the dishwasher under the sink instead of on the counter?

The NANOVA D1 Dishwasher can be used anywhere you find convenient. That said, keep in mind that the height between the sink and the drain hose should be less than 45 cm to enable water to drain normally.

Do I need to add hot water to the dishwasher?

No. All you need to do is turn the machine on and choose a cycle. Depending on the washing mode, the water will be heated automatically. Details can be found in the user manual under Wash Cycle.

Where do I add dishwasher salt in the NANOVA D1?

The NANOVA D1 dishwasher does not feature a specific compartment for dishwasher salt. For areas with hard water, we strongly recommend the use of a water softener or purifier at your faucet as a proactive measure. If you find that there's already limescale inside your dishwasher, we suggest you add an appropriate amount of citric acid to the detergent dispenser, run the dishwasher without loading any dishes, and operate it in normal mode to remove the grime inside the dishwasher.

This machine has CHANGED my daily life, for the price honestly it's a solid 10/10. I'm not able to install a dishwasher in my kitchen and this was honestly the perfect solution for me. I ordered it not knowing what to expect, it arrived at my house in a couple days, I've had it for about 6 months and it is perfect. It seems to work well. It did a great job. As long as it keeps working as it does I love it. Just what I needed. I have a small kitchen in an old mobilehome and the only way I could install a regular dishwasher is a major kitchen remodel. My only regret is my lack of counter space but it really doesn't take much more space than my old dish drainer I used when hand washing. Very quiet and dishes are coming out great.

I write this review about 6 months after owning this product. So far, it's been great. I only use the normal wash and dry functions of this machine. Living alone, this usually holds all my dishes. All three meals come with plates, as well as cups and silverware. I only open more than twice a day if I have guests visiting.

I bought it because I didn't have the space for a full sized machine since my kitchen is split into 3 parts. I'm really impressed by what this little machine can do. Honestly I didn't expect too much but when you own this machine you don't have to compensate for quality at all. You get the same cleaning abilities that you have with a full sized dishwasher in a smaller package. It perfectly fits into the space under my sink. Direct connection to water supply and drainage system was really easy and I would recommend this dishwasher for everyone that thinks about buying one.

I have used this at minimum once day for almost a year, so I feel like I can write a pretty in depth review. It holds a decent amount, good for one or two people. Loading can be a bit awkward, especially with bowls. I only ever use the quick setting and my dishes 98% come out clean, but you would probably have to use the regular setting for very dirty or crusty dishes. All in all, for someone who despises doing the dishes and cooks a lot, it was absolutely worth the cost.

(Faucet hookup didn't fit without adapter) Everything but the plastics were dry just like a full-size dishwasher. My only issue is that not all water drains. I sponge it out to prevent mold between uses.

Obwohl man alles mit der hand schneller abgewaschen bekommt! Deswegen ein Spüler für faule was der Spüler spüllt in der zeit bekomme ich mit der hand mehr abgewaschen . Allerdings muss man sagen das der spüler viel gründlicher waschen tut. Gläser kommen auch immer schön klar raus! Würde den sicher nochmal kaufen wenn ich ein bräuchte wit haben den fürn garten gekauft! Da ist er eine erleichterung da wir kein spühlbecken haben

We are in a multi-generational living arrangement with a small kitchen that needed something compact to do a few dishes. It doesn't fit our larger coffee mugs on the cup rack but they easily fit on the bottom rack. One suggestion is to add a hook to the hose to secure it in the drain. It popped out and sprayed water all over the floor. Other than that I would recommend this product.

So far the washer works great! I am a big fan of the option to fill the tank instead of hooking up to a faucet. I found it useful to be able to access my faucet while the dishwasher was being used. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the way all the components were taped in for shipping was unnecessarily difficult to remove all the tape.

Ich habe für meine Familie diesen Geschirrspüler gekauft, und alle sind total HAPPY damit. Das Gerät funktioniert einfach super. Mega praktisch ist auch, dass wir den 5L Wassertank einfach manuell befüllen können, ohne Wasseranschluss.

Après un problème de mise en route que j'ai pu régler moi-même après réflexion, je suis très satisfaite de cet appareil qui me sert chez moi, à mon domicile, et pas en camping. C'est un plus, certes non essentiel, mais vraiment très pratique pour une personne seule qui rechigne à faire la vaisselle à chaque bout de champ. Le fait de ne pas avoir à brancher l'appareil à une arrivée d'eau permet de l'installer n'importe où. Je ne regrette pas cet achat. De plus, la livraison a été très rapide. Que du bonheur !

This thing is small but mighty!! I use it every day and all I have to hand wash is my pots and pans!! Perfect for me because I have very limited cabinets and space and I definitely don't have room for a standard dishwasher. Totally worth the money
